STANDING
TOGETHER
“We recognize that a person's identity is not a burden to overcome but an asset to be celebrated. When people must fight to simply be seen, protected, and respected, they are forced to sacrifice their potential in other areas of life.
When we stand together against these barriers of inequity and injustice, we hope to become a bridge from survival to opportunity. This pillar aims to ensure that every individual has access to the support, freedom, and security needed to direct their focus from constraint to possibility.”
– Katie Beck
We’re focused on supporting communities that face unique challenges in accessing basic rights and opportunities.
This year, we’re prioritizing efforts to support:
Access to reproductive healthcare, particularly in regions where care is heavily restricted.
Queer and transgender communities, with a focus on creating safe spaces, prioritizing gender-affirming care, and removing legal and logistical barriers.
Our approach is to meet people where they are and help them overcome immediate barriers that threaten their well-being, while remaining open to exploring systemic solutions in the future. We partner with organizations that are deeply embedded in their communities and deliver practical, tangible support to those who need it most.
Whether it’s helping women access reproductive healthcare across state lines, ensuring a safe space for transgender youth, or supporting individuals navigating legal challenges, we believe in fostering dignity, inclusion, and opportunity for everyone.

The Abortion Bridge Collaborative Fund directs resources to grassroots organizations in the U.S. that are helping people access abortion care where it is most restricted. Their grantmaking focuses on strengthening the abortion access ecosystem, investing in bold new approaches, and expanding information-sharing so people know how to safely reach care. ABC prioritizes community-rooted organizations that are filling critical gaps, operating in underfunded areas, and responding to urgent needs—ensuring that support reaches those who need it most, when they need it.

Across the U.S., local advocates know best how to support their communities where care is heavily restricted. That’s why we support the Abortion Bridge Collaborative Fund (ABC Fund), which pools resources from donors and moves them directly to grassroots groups on the frontlines. By resourcing community-led networks quickly and flexibly, ABC Fund helps ensure people can access safe, timely reproductive care even in the most challenging environments.

Elevated Access mobilizes volunteer pilots to fly people across state lines for reproductive and gender-affirming healthcare. By providing private, no-cost flights, they help individuals overcome the logistical and financial barriers that often make care out of reach. Their work ensures that geography and circumstance do not prevent someone from accessing the services they need when they need them most.

Here in the U.S., legal rights mean little without the ability to safely exercise them. Elevated Access mobilizes volunteer pilots to fly people across state lines for reproductive healthcare and gender-affirming care, ensuring geography isn’t a barrier to care. We’re inspired by this practical and compassionate model, meeting people where they are and making sure they can reach the services they need when it matters most.

MSI Reproductive Choices empowers people to have children by choice, not chance. Through clinics and partnerships in more than 30 countries, they provide contraception, safe abortion, and reproductive healthcare. MSI’s work ensures that women and men can make informed decisions about their futures, even in places where funding is uncertain and services are at risk of disappearing.

When reproductive health supply chains break down, it’s women and girls who pay the price. We chose to support MSI’s Emergency Choice Fund because it steps in quickly to keep contraception and essential care available, even when global funding falls short. In countries like Zimbabwe and Madagascar, MSI’s community-led approach ensures clinics remain staffed and stocked so communities don’t lose access to critical reproductive healthcare.
